Search engines graph example


This statistical report provides information about search engines, from which visitors most frequently come to a measured server.
Database of search engines, which are recognized by the system is saved in the program MagicReport server, where an administrator can modify it and add other search engines.

Measured variables
  • number of hits
  • number of views
  • number of visits
  • number of visitors
  • number of new visitors
  • number of IP addresses
  • transferred data
  • time spent on the pages
Report parameters (except standard)

Region - selection of the continent, from which you would like search engines to be included in a measurement.
Top level domain - selection of the top level domain, from which a search engine has to be in order to be included in a measurement.

Data in the table

Count - value of a measured variable

Search engine - search engine name

Host name - domain, on which a search engine is running

Port - port, on which a search engine is running

Region - name of the continent, from which a particular search engine is; zero value, if a region is unknown

Top level domain description - mostly name of the country, from which a search engine is


If you click on the value in the graph, a statistical report Search phrases for a particular search engine, the value of which you clicked, will be displayed.
  • Daily report: a measured variable is measured for a certain day, in 3-D graphs the day is divided into hours
  • Weekly report: a measured variable is measured for a selected week, in 3-D graphs the weeks are divided into days
  • Monthly report: a measured variable is measured for a selected month, in 3-D graphs months are divided into days
  • Yearly report: a measured variable is measured for a selected year, in 3-D graphs years are divided into months
  • Custom period: a measured variable is measured for a selected period, in 3-D graphs this period is divided according to your selection into hours, days, months or years.


Search phrases


This statistical report provides information about search phrases, which are most frequently used by visitors for searching a measured page.

This statistical report provides information about most frequent transfer protocols, which were used by the server, from which visitors came to a measured server. Transfer protocols are for example http, or https (secured http).

Report parameters (except standard)

Accesses - selection of types of accesses, which should be included in a measurement. You can select all accesses, only outer accesses (from other servers than measured servers) and only inner accesses (only from measured servers).

If you click on the value in the graph, a statistical report Servers for a particular protocol, the value of which you clicked, will be displayed.

This statistical report provides information about most used parameters in URL, from which visitors are coming to a measured server. Parameters are divided into a parameter name and its value, e.g. id=3 is a parameter, its name is id and its value is 3.
